Dancing Queen - One way to celebrate the human spirit is to dance. And if you are going to dance, dance with all your heart and with all your soul!
Euro Paundy - Pre European tour kickoff party… look out world, here they come.
Street Dance - Poulsbo’s second annual Summer Street Dance was officially graced with a mirrorball to highlight the town’s festivities. Who can groove to live music without a mirrorball?
The Beginning - It all starts somewhere, I’m just glad I was there to be a part of history in the making and to capture the moment.
Music In The Raw - Here is a track recorded above a garage, by the buddies you see in the photos below. Punk still lives.
Garage Band - Once again, listening to original music performed by a couple of friends who simply love to jam, in a garage, is what awesome is made of. This is how bands are made… I will post a recorded track, in the raw, following this post so you can have a listen before the edit!
Stunt Night - Community talent shows seem to be another rarity in America, they seem to only happen at a camp, for kids (or here). Other than the neighborhood block party, community talent shows are one of the best ways to connect with those who live around you… and they are fun!
The Block Party - What ever happen to the good old fashion, American, neighborhood block party? This is one cultural event that has not escaped my little community. All neighborhoods should have one at least once a year.
Music - To play music from your own instrument in public takes a real performer. I love to see and listen to them doing their own thing, for the world to witness.
The Little Drummer Boy - I was just thinking about a friend of mine… This, I know, is one of his happy places.
Jamming - Just my buddy jamming on his guitar. I have always wished I could play the six-string. Maybe someday still.
Stand By Me - This is one of those moments when creative people and creative ideas come together and something beautiful and inspiring comes to life. The YouTube video was sent to me from a great friend of mine (Lang) and I thank him for this inspiration. There is so much more noise out there now since so many are connected by the “web,” it’s become more difficult to experience the truly inspiring. (I think this will be one of the few unowned content I’ll post here. This is also a makeup post for missing Thursday.)
